A page centered on the search bar that includes in-depth analysis of homes and a powerful Home Value bar that gives clients instant access to their home’s value, a quick look at the most recent blog posts, and an in-depth footer.

Blog, Local Pages, Service Pages, Our Team Page

The Green Team needed a fully functioning Blog for its numerous agents, multiple local pages highlighting the local areas the company serves most, an intuitive page to display the agent in the brokerage, and a few specialized pages for Mortgages, News and Advice just a name a few of the details of this project.

Sites Heavy with Images Should Not Hinder Load Times

Since this site was designed for a Real Estate Company the website had to anticipate a large number of photos needing to be viewed for houses. We took this idea into account and made sure load times stayed unaffected making sure no customers hit the back button because the site didn’t load quick enough.

New Mobile Ready; Fully Responsive Website

According to official Google statements, more than 50 percent of search queries globally now come from mobile devices. So it was a must for Lookin’ Good’s Website to be Mobile Friendly. Responsive web design is a web page that “responds to” or resizes itself depending on the type of device it is being seen through which could be an oversized desktop computer monitor, a laptop or devices with small screens such as smartphones, iPads or tablets.
